How do you lock the controls on a page to keep them from moving whether you are designing or running the app? I have already tried layout, auto positioning (static, absolute, relative) to no avail....
In a windows form the controls have a Locked property you can set true.
I have no idea about web applications, but I cannot imagine anyone designing a web application using the visual designer. That's just crazy.
