Which area of .NET do you want to learn? Have you tried a google search with the relevant terms?

ya,but i am not getting perfect material which is easy to learn for the beginners.
Two days back i gone through dotnetspider.co m which is so gud for beginners but today it is saying service not available.

.NET is a pretty wide category. I suggest you narrow it down first. Do you want to learn Web or desktop programming? Do you want to learn VB.NET or C#?

Then, when you know that, you should get yourself a good book. There's plenty of good stuff online, but there is nothing like a reviewed and published book to help you learn. I like the Wrox books, but most are good. Just find something like Beginning ASP.NET with (C#/VB.NET, whichever you choose)
