Problem with Directory info

Hi All,

My application is running on the
and i have created the share and given the permission to the user then also it is not working.

But in the share if i give permission to everyone then it is working.

in security tab given permission to user and in share permission tab if i give permission to everyone and user then it is working

but if i remove everyone permission from the share permission then it is not working.

i just want to give permission to specific user.

how to achieve that ?
