Using CSVReader and CSVWriter in .NET

Please, anyone has an idea how to using CSV, and how to imports namespace in VB.NET to use CSVReader. Thanks a lot in advance

Are those even real objects? I only see them for java.
Pretty sure you need to create your own csv parser.

I'm just guessing, but I think that he got it from here. Seems to me like a 3rd party kind of thing.
