    learning linux as a beginner

    though i have lots of books for learning linux...but i m not getting from where to pace on.........plzz suggest me from which part of it i should start??

      I would suggest to download a liveCD to give it a go. After a while, you could do a disk install. I would not suggest using dual boot, maybe thats because I'm lazy, but after a while you will take your default option. Or you do it right, or you don't.

      I would say: have lots of fun trying linux, I'm an exclusive user for about 10 years now (including professional) and I have never regretted it.
