Customize OS

Hi All,
I need to create the customized fedora 11 OS. I know some of the installation script files needs to be changed by installing only the specific packages,

anybody can tell me, which script file needs to be changed for creating customized OS.

Other distributions such as OpenSUSE, SLAX etc. also provide similar functionality if you don't want to stick to Fedora.
