CVSReport for SVN?

I'm working on a system that currently uses CVS for version control. I'm recommending that the client switch to Subversion, but he requires a tool similar to CVSReport so that he can get commit notifications via email.

This requirement is a deal-breaker, and I'd rather not have to roll my own.

Is there a program similar to CVSReport that works with Subversion?

Yep, I had to try a few different things too.
