configuring IIS 6.0 on windows 2003 server

hi all

i need to know how to configure IIS 6.0 on windows 2003 server. are they need any plugins to configure IIS on this server. we have to link with oracle 10g data base also. please help me in this regard.its very urgent to me to finish my project.
