This tutorial from Sun:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutor...ava/win32.html
explains exactly what you need to do in order to compile (and run) Java applications from your command prompt....Leave a comment:

You could use a while- or for-statement (both loop). An if-else statement does not loop.
The while and do-while Statements:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutor...lts/while.html
The for Statement:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutor...bolts/for.html
Good luck....Leave a comment:

Hi, I've moved your post from the Java forum to the (amongst others) JavaScript forum: the two do sound the same, but are in fact two different languages.Leave a comment:

Hi, I've moved your question from the Editors-Corner (a place where unfinished articles are posted) to the Miscellaneous Questions section since I'm not sure what it is you're asking.
- could you give an example of what you're looking for? (something existing)
- are you looking for somone to set this all up for you?
- are you only looking for (open source) software and will self be configuring this?...Leave a comment:

I must say, this is not the best way to learn Java. Perhaps you should ask this friend who supplied you the code how you should be able to compile and run it.
Or learn how to do this yourself:

Good luck....Leave a comment:
