How align legends with text in google chart

Using google chart we develop the bar chart, there place legends on top right but legends not align with text

When the same link is mentioned earlier by the OP saying,

it signified that to be the ideal outcome that is to be achieved. The obvious query was made for the code written by the OP itself because the theoretical explanation wasn't clear enough to me.
