Mywebsite looks weird on my mobile phone browsers, but it works on all pc browsers

I used absolute positioning and percentages in my css for my website and it looks the same on all major windows pc browsers, but when I open it on my mobile phone it looks different. how should i use css to make my website look consistent.

Hi changamire, I suggest you to make your website responsive, by that you can view your website from different devices such as Desktop computer, laptop, tablet and mobile phone at ease and very handy. You can use tutorials and much better if you get familiarize for using bootstrap css.

If you have made a frame on the page then its most likely that the mobile is too small to preview the frame and the main page separately and at the same time.
