    Editing Non editable Regions? Dreamweaver

    Hello,

I have created my website using dreamweaver. I have created a template to create all the pages. The template has got a non editable region for the header and the footer. The header contains the navigation bar.

My question is. I want to be able to edit the non editable header on each page individually so that I can specify is the Current page on the navbar?

Thanks so much, hope someone can help me :)

The 'non-editable' region is a place where you will find a copy of the template you provided to create the page.

If you change the template, you should find that change in all pages that depend on the template.

That's why one should NOT edit the 'non-editable' piece in a page....

If a piece of code in you pages is always different, than maybe you should create a new 'editable' region in your template?
