Animated image background white!

I add transparent background Animated images in my blogger post (Html) using <marquee>

Problem: Transparent background images changed to white!

1. How to make animated images moving horizontally, or up and down? (Like using marquee)
2. How to make images position (fixed) at any areas in post?

*Importantly no white background appears on images! And no affecting buttons (Such like, Facebook icon linked to other side!)

Anyone can help please? Thanks!

- Check the image extension if it is not ".png" or ".gif" then the image will not hold a transparent background it will change the transparency to white.

- For moving image to any direction use jQuery there are lots of methods which will help you to do so and also it is easy to learn. For beginners tutorials visit www.w3schools.com

- Use CSS "background-position:fixed"

I not using CSS "background-position:fixed"

Blogger only got HTML for Posts/Pages post.

It only worked well in Layout Blogger HTML/Javascript. But not for Posts/Pages post, the transparent background Animated images ".png" or ".gif" will change to white!

Anyone professional can suggest codes can truly work? Thanks!
