float right navigation mving right in ie7 and ie6

I have an asp/css/html page that i am trying to get to work in ie7 and ie6, problem is i cant test it in ie6.

have tried the ie7 mode in ie9 developer tools and the overflow that i have the navigation on the right does not work

Worlks fine in all other ie and all other browsers, it just moves over to the right when in ie7 mode.

its an ul element that is floated to the right and cant figure out why its doing this

Can some one have a look at this page and give me any pointers
