ie 7 and ie6 not showing css overflow properly

I have an asp/css/html page that i am trying to get to work in ie7 and ie6, problem is i cant test it in ie6.

have tried the ie7 mode in ie9 developer tools and the overflow that i have on the page does not work properly and also the navigation on the right does not work too

Can some one have a look at this page and give me any pointers

I have found my error in the overflow, i have a position set for the image that was stopping them scrolling. still do not know why my navigation is too far on the right in ie 7 and possibly ie 6 though
