All Input Tags are invisible in my page

I am getting a problem

I herewith attached two images,
1. first one is the exact page
2. Second the Problem occured image

It happens only one time, but i cant get when it happens, i used IE8 to execute these 2 images..

You should be testing with a modern browser and not IE.

Yes, My Path name is correct, Not only in a single, all PCs getting this problem in same network group.. I executed the same page in another PC that not in that network group, its works fine.
