I want to insert a comment box into my website, but i want it to be simple and small with side scroll for the comments entered.
I can design the borders but unfamiliar with the coding.
Ideally, i would like it to look like

All i need is the service that allow to customize in page comment box, no real mass data collecting or record keeping, old comment can rollover over each other. BUt will consider a similar alternative
