Psd to html CONVERSION METHOD

I want to know how to convert psd file to html using photoshop.

I download one psd template fie from web , i am modified the template psd file ,now i want to convert psd to html.

Please some one quickly help me

okay mate this is not just a simple answer because this is an entire design and development approach i cannot just answer it on this page as there is too many specifics.
