novice (moving tables down)

I was wondering if someone could help me move my bottom table (friend comments) down? Or provide a wider gap between the top of that table and the rest in order to allow picture behind to display "The rye" as they are viewing it? Even if we could just move it to the far left, it would solve the problem.

I am not a code person as you can see, but rather have tried to tweak profile code to personalize for friends music page.

To that table tag, add this:
margin-top:10px

Or whatever number works for you. So, <table margin-top:10px .....
