How to position a flash video

Hi i'm realtively new to HTML, let alone HTML CSS but basicly, as the title suggests I want to know how to position a flash video in a particular part of the web page.

I have attached a picture showing where the video is currently, and where I actually want it to be.


I've also included a text document showing all of my code. I've highlighted the code at the bottom of the document because its the code to do with the flash video.

The easiest thing to do might be to move the </p> from the last paragraph in that column and let it enclose the <object>.
