HTML Serverside Include getting error.

anybody help me about html server side include. i want to insert another html file into one main html file ex: header, footer and menubar etc. i tried with google and get some process. but that is not appearing. if possible anybody give me step by step process.

You need a /Server-Side/ processor like PHP to do this, HTML is simply "Markup Language" and doesn't process/calculate things.

If this is not an option for you, try the IFRAME tag. This is HIGHLY not recommended for a footer and header.
