I use Netpadd, but it's my own so that's why I like it best (I can add
any functionality I want)
Netpadd (open-source, freeware, Windows)
(If you would hate to use Notepad for HTML-editing, this editor is not
for you! If you just don't like certain things in Notepad or might want
additional functionality, like syntax-coloring, this might be for you.)
