CSS does not work on HTML email on Modzilla Mail

    Hello All,
I am not sure why. It works on Outlook and other mail clients. I have put
it as an include file to the .css instead of putting it inline with the html
    email.

    Anyody has any ideas why?

    Thanks,
    Adlina

Please, please rethink this. HTML e-mail is evil, and embedding CSS
in it just makes it worse.

Client's requirement. There is nothing I can do about it.

Ah -- upside-down posting. Always a sign of careful thought.

There _is_ something you can do about it, and in fact something you
should do about it: you can educate your client. Find out the real
requirement. "HTML e-mail" is not the requirement, it's how the
client hopes to accomplish the real requirement. Find out what
they're trying to accomplish and unless it's "pissing people off"
there is certain to be a better way.

If the client wanted a slave, it would have an employee do this.
Your job as an independent is to _be_ independent, and sometimes
that means showing clients things they didn't think of.

HTML and CSS mail messages work fine with Mozilla Mail but I think
this is way off-topic here. Any way, be sure to check View ->
Message Body As -> Original HTML.

They seem much more like a list of bad uses of HTML e-mail, not reasons why
            HTML in e-mail is evil.

*If* both clients are known to support HTML, *and* the use of HTML will add
to the purpose of the mail, then I can see no reason why it is
fundamentally flawed. There are some things that can be better
communicated in rich text than in plain text, yet is not appropriate to be
placed on a one-to-many medium such as the web. The suggestion of using
..rtf or .pdf is flawed as an attached file is no better than embedded HTML.

Many uses of HTML may be evil, but as a "technology " in itself it does have
            uses.

Tabulated data. Yes, you could use spaces/tabs to line things up, but a
simple HTML table makes it much easier to write, read and use.
