IE problem with Image Maps - Yikes!

Anyone else seen a deal in Internet Explorer with an image map where,
when the map is clicked on, an outline of the maparea is highlighted?

Yes, this is normal behaviour.

Unplug your mouse, now try to select an image map hot spot using the
tab key.
