outlook signature Missing

Hi,
Iam using the following code, it opens a new email in microsoft outlook.
My problem is outlook signature text is missing is there any way
to make it show using this code ?

I don't know of any. I need to actually click the "new message" button to get the sig to come up automatically, even other outlook calls that open a new message don't add the sig.
