CHM question - please help

Hope you are well.

I didnt know where else to post this on this website, so thought it would probably be most appropriate here.

With CHM files (microsoft help html executable files), there is a contents column on the left of the screen, and a bigger window on the right that explains the content topic you clicked on - everyone with me so far?

Each topic in the left hand window has consistent recurring information that appears in the right hand window,..


content title examples (the left hand window)

- tomatoes
- onions


right hand window

when cucumbers clicked --

Subject Sea Cucumbers
Date 29 Feb 2008
Country Singapore
Details All types of Sucumbers. get in touch with Mr Smith


when tomatoes clicked --
Subject Tomatoes
Date 29 Feb 2008
Country Israel
Details All types of Tomatoe


etc...

I need a script/program that will export the subject, date, country & details ... thes bits of consistent information - from each content title ---> to a new topic in a Forum on the internet, post it - wait 30 seconds because of the forum limit, then post again with the next bits of information from the next content title


Does any one know of anything that can help me?


Its for my work, nothing malicious
I have thousands of these titles to do, and need some help

You can't do this with HTML, or CSS. For it to be posted in a forum you would need PHP.
