problem with onmouseover

hello,

my onmouseover won't work on my website.
it's working in a simple html document, but not in the advanced one..

goal is to change the image when hovering over the numbers..

both files (including pictures and css) can be found at:

can anybody help me out?

What is the difference between a simple HTML file and an advanced HTML file here? Is 'simple' less code or simpler tags?
