Opera CSS sizing problem with floating elements

I have a webpage that is working great in IE and Firefox but is having issues in Opera Version 9.26. I have the CSS controlling the size of the right panel of the page to match the size of the content panel. It works in Opera on all pages except for ones where any items in the content part of the page are floating. Does anyone have any idea why the right panel is not sized correctly in Opera when there are floating elements? Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You can view the webpage and source at http://www.allstarcomputerco.com/tem...tmosphere.html. (FYI: none of the navigation links will work)

    Thanks!

P.S. It will size correctly sometimes. I noticed that it sizes correctly most of the time when it loads from the web, when it would almost never size correctly when I accessed it from local host (from the same computer). Even more perplexing to me.

I tried it 15 times and it looks fine to me. Matches up perfectly.

    Thanks, Death

I also am unable to replicate the problem using the refresh button in Opera, but if I load the page and select the address in the address bar, and then press enter, it will usually size the panel incorrectly. Hopefully someone else is able to replicate this problem so I don't sound crazy! (By the way, it fails almost every time, regardless of how I load the page, from the localhost)

Where CSS is a client side scripting language, I don't understand how it could render the page incorrectly from the localhost and correctly from the web from the same Opera browser, both open at the same time in separate tabs. From my observation it seems that since the page loads almost instantaneously from the localhost that it mis-sizes the panel, whereas when it has to reload the page from the web, the slight delay causes it to render properly.

If anyone is able to replicate this problem using the above steps in Opera, please let me know, even if you don't have any suggestions. And especially if someone has some thoughts on this problem, please let me know. Thanks-
