    I suggest using Google and searching for meta tags. Then come here with specific questions and/or code ;)

      The short answer is meta tags are used to describe the content of the page. meta keywords and meta descriptions are mainly for search engines, so they know what your page is about.

      there are other meta functionality though.
      so for a more indepth solution check google, or ask us what you are trying to do.

        Keywords now a days are worthless. Hate to say that.

            It really meant for those website that have a seach engine like google.
            The spiders work different and its a very complex.
