    Hi,
The general opinion is to hand code it... (write the html your self), but you can use the dreamweaver GUI.

I know i'm being objective and i will probably be mobbed for saying this, but i think its the easiest GUI to use if you don't know how to hand code.

but eventially you will need to learn how to hand code.

    So in short... dreamweaver

I agree with my sith friend (for once the force was with him ^_~). Use dreamweaver first but eventually you will have to learn the actually code. So use dreamweaver until you've learned HTML then through it a giant pot of boiling oil then hang it out to try over a bon-fire.

      Thanks,

But be careful, dreamweaver adds some extra codes, that create much problem while debugging.

            Hi,

Thats where you learn how to hand code, by fixing what the GUI's break!
