I want a tool that can generate css code
So that I can plug in this tool in asp.net.
Is there API or .dll available?

Can you expand please? do you mean so you can make a widget for others to make CSS online, or to make your life easier when doing css?

(off subject... hmmm... is css a verb, well anyway)
