What exactly do you mean by "security"?

If you mean password protection the closest it gets is making the letters/numbers the user enters a bunch of dots.

Seriously man, what are you asking? HTML is just how (more appropriatly - what) to display. Security is not an issue... are you asking about PHP maybe? or JavaScript? HTML and security do not belong in the same sentence...
