      Hey oky, Welcome to TSDN!

      Well they don't have a picture at the top so to speak, it's actually their background that they made at a site that allows you to create a layout such as pimp-my-profile.com and they simply aligned the image at the top. As for the rest of the pictures on their profile they probably used a profile edited like the site above.
