How do I create scrolling text?

i want my website to look attractive,,,,, ,,,,,,,,it is an airline website for my coll proj........... if i want text to roll like in case of company policies which keep appearing in a box 1 after the other continously.whi ch tag should i use.

Although the <marquee> tag does what you want, it has been deprecated for years. It should now be done using javascript.
