Instead of having the entire container div positioned 50px from top, I have a div inside each column with a top margin of 50px. Kind of a work-around for my problem.
Looks great in Firefox and Safari ... with IE the right column isn't being cleared by the footer ... I have to fix that.Comment

Moved footer outside container ... looking good ... now just gotta see if I can get all three columns to be 100% within the container!Comment

Just another update ... still working on getting all three columns 100% high ... had some success with making one dependent on another, but not all three are gelling. I'll keep at it.Comment
