There's no such animal. It's a bogus concept.
Ask instead about compatibility between each browser and the relevant
_standard_. That's what matters. It's also objective and easier to
measure.
There are test suites out there ("ACID" is a good search term). Or else
just look for IE / CSS errors and omissions.
