Hi, I am really new to this forum and the web design community. I was just wondering what tools people use to create wireframes of their website designs? Thanks.

I would almost bet you wouldn't get a reply to this. Even if such a tool exists, I think you would find those who use the method most likely use pencil and paper as their preferred method. -
