iframe help

im using iframes on my website and i edit stuff on them using freewebs thingy. I need help, i want to be able to have a background image that stays in place and you can scroll the text. It also needs to be kind of transparent and i dont want it tiled.

For the body of the frame, look at the CSS property 'background-image'.
