In Email for mass mailings

Hello,

I receive mailings from several source, informational or Ads, that are
received, obviously from a template, and consisting of a composite of
text, jpg/gif (presumably), links, forms etc. typical html format. I
have attempted reproducing these constructs for our own group but the
mail from the templates when mailed & delivered are received as a set of
attachment in the recipient's INBOX. What is the solution to this? The
appearance is otherwise intact and correct.
