Pls help it's urgent n needed

Hello,

I have prepared the Frameset.htm file which contains all the leftmenu links,header and footer.
Now i want to put it's relation with the Main.aspx form what shall i do...so that it opens all the page in the same window in the framesize divided....

Is any hyperlink or relation is to be provided ???

Moved from .NET as this is an issue with frames.
