Not in my version of Firefox 1.5.0.8. The text beginning with "We pride
ourselves on our attention ..." extends completely outside its box and
down into the grass. Same with Opera 9. (Win2K)

what's tripping up where? and is there a definitive png solution at
this point?

Without JavaScript, it falls apart much worse. What will you do for
those who have JavaScript disabled or unavailable, or have it stripped
by a corporate firewall?

FF's Error console shows 27 warnings. Most of them relates to your
CSS. Fix those first.

W3C validator shows errors:

Validation Results - W3C Markup Validator

W3C's easy-to-use markup validation service, based on SGML and XML parsers.

Fix those first!

OK... made the fixes. Still looks funny!

This Page Is Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!. Only CSS validation error
is the PNG fix I tried to put in place...

attempt to find a semi-colon before the property name. add it

Is there a better solution here? And for non-javascript browsers?
