I Want to call word doc in html page

this is seshu hai iam learning html on web it self that is online tutors now coming to my doubt i would like to open a soft ware from my page is it possible if so how
let me say wat am i up to i am able to open an empty word file which is in my f drive by href="\f :\seshu.doc"
but now i want to open a new word doc how is it possible first of all
is ti possible

seshu I've never done it myself but I think you have to first create blank Word document and then open it. I think you have at least a few language choices. Here are a couple links that might help.
