IE does not display/position <DIV>'s as expected

    Hi HTML and CSS lists,

I have met problem of viewing this page with IE 6.0:

However this page reders perfectly if viewed with Firefox. I don't
know how to describe the symptom, so please kindly view this page with
IE and Firefox, and you will see the differences.

I did not write this page, however am assigned to fix this problem.
This page uses an external CSS, each <DIV> in this page is associated
with a style named by the <DIV>'s id, but I am not familiar with CSS
so don't know if it's caused by CSS.

Any suggestion on how to tame this page for IE 6.0 is highly
    appreciated!

    TIA

Hire someone who knows what he/she is doing.

The page says CSS2 at the bottom. I assume the problem is then being caused
by the CSS as IE doesn't support (not fully anyway) CSS 2.
