    Teaching HTML

    Hi there

I have been asked to teach HTML to a group in our local village
community. It is nothing too serious, just a community development
grant aided scheme. It will be a 10 week course of two hours per week
and will mainly consist of mature students. I may or may not include
GUI's depending if I can fit it all in to the time allocated.

I was wondering if anyone could point me to any useful teaching
resources for HTML on the web ie a course syllabus or teaching material
etc to give me an idea of how to structure the course.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Don

I was just haveing a look about, and found this...

.... looks like a great starting platform.

here is some good vibration stuff for your students to read into...

..... its old, but all still relevant.

    and this one...

.... although out of date, and tqargetted specifically for the design of
a particular type of site, there are some good tips in there.

Mark Tranchant's tutorial is pretty good and based on good HTML practice
      (unlike some tutorials out there):
