Helping choosing a Forum for my site

    hi everyone,
I am in search of a good forum (I prefer PHP based because server does not have suppor tfor java)
I am looking a froum that has following feature:

1- User replies could be rated
    2- pools
    3-RSS feeds
    4-Rss on posts
    5-Professional looking
6-Easy to add new styles or improve existing styles.
7-Most important : search engine optimization, scalablity
8-It does not needs to be free

I did good reasearch on that and came up with following are among good forums:

FusionBB(File and Directory Permissioning - FusionBB Community - Powered by FusionBB)
    punbb(PunBB)
FusionBB(Main Index - FusionBB Community - Powered by FusionBB)
    icebb(Welcome to IceBB | IceBB)
    nextbbs((NBBS) Portal)
    vbulletin(vBulletin® - Instant Community)
    invisionpower(IP.Board 2.1.7 and IPB.Blog 1.2.4 Released - Invision Power Services)
    phpbb(phpBB • Creating Communities Worldwide)

I like Vbulletin, I am not sure but I guess bytes has look and feel like Vbulletin.

Your suggestions would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

I'm certainly no expert on forum software, but you're right, bytes does use vBulletin and it seems to support what you want - how easy or difficult it is however, I can't tell.

    Greetings,

From what I've seen, vBulletin is the most popular forum software, and it seems to be extremely skinnable...the present state of Bytes notwithstanding :(

There is likely to be a whole lot of support out there for vB, so you might want to go with that.

If you were interested in an ASP/ASP.NET powered forum, you might want to look at Snitz.
