People who work all day long just to make enough to survive don't have the time or money or energy or desire to sit down and read a good book before falling off to sleep.
Not saying Macedonia is the same, just pointing out that things could be different than you may be used to :-)

I'm with you on that one :-) I've never heard a good excuse for doing something illegal (not a challenge to anyone to see if they can come up with a good one, btw :-)
Just wanted to point out that free and liberal access to a decent library is a luxury that many people don't enjoy.

I don't even get that , but sometimes keep on using these for hours and do not notice at all. Is this still a crime? I don't know them so I can't tell them to secure their networks.

These effects are mainly temporary anyway, and yes, it is really the responsibility of the network administrator to secure their network, at least to a basic degree.
Many people don't understand how to though, so stealing (not accidentally using) their bandwidth is a low thing to do, and certainly not to be encouraged.
I would very much doubt that someone who can play these tricks would be unaware of how to secure their wireless networks such that only a deliberate cracker could get on and steal their bandwidth.
In short - I wouldn't worry :)Comment

Hi,
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Yeah! I totally understand why one doesn't want to keep network secure. We don't keep it secure because we have more than one operators, and we don't like to keep it secure; even don't care if someone else shares the bandwidth.
by the way I am in British Columbia
Thanks againComment
