web server problems

Hi, I hope you don't mind me asking you this but I am desperate and the companies invoved have been worse than useless...I signed up with freeservers in 2004 and have used their web service provider to store photos and images for linking to my e-Bay page...from yesterday onwards they will not let me in to my own pages and all of my links are not working.
I get the message: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. This is seriously affecting my trading on e-Bay which was just starting to pick up after getting back from a break...Also Freeservers have changed to Wanadoo, then Orange, making communication with the right people tricky...I have sent e-mails to everyone and had no luck on the various phone lines...
I know it's not your job to sort this out, but does anyone know anything about this or can offer any advice?

I'd look for a different host if I were you, and if you're going to be using it as part of doing business, I'd definitely consider looking into a commercial (paid) hosting solution.
