You'll generally find you get a better response (plus it's more educational and satisfying for yourself) if you make an attempt to figure things out for yourself. A lot of the posts you see here are along the lines of "I have a homework assignment - please do it for me".

Don't get me wrong, there are lots of people here who love to help - join in and have fun!

In other words, we're perfectly willing to help you, not do it for you. If you can show us that you've tried your hardest and are still completely confused and stuck, we'll be perfectly happy to give you our advice or try to refer you to someone who can help.
