How to scan barcode into QuickBooks

I have a big problem, but I figure for you guys and gals, it's probably a very small chuckle :)

I have a little store and I do my inventory with Quickbooks. I have a Royal cash register that has a barcode handheld scanner. PS-700E to be exact.

My questionis.... How can I scan the barcode of my products directly into my Quickbooks? Is there a solution or do I just keep typing for hours and hours? My fingers hurt :(

Any help would be awesome! Thanks :)

You'd have to ask QuickBooks but I'm sure the answer is no.

Since the Cafe isn't for Q and A, I'll move this thread to Misc Questions.

Also, please use more descriptive titles.

You can import files of various formats into Quickbooks. Maybe your scanner can create a file of an imprtable format.

Also, Intuit sells a Quickbooks SDK to interface with their product. I can't imagine this barcode scanner hasn't already been interfaced to QB. A little Googleing might help.
