How to set langauge environment of machine(Windows) to french in DB2?

Can anyone help me for this?
I trying to install DB2 but I wan't to set the lauange environment of machine to french?

You can do that by going to control panel -> regional and Language options -> selecting french and then rebooting ur machine will set the language to french
